7 Days Motorcycle Tour Of Tawang

DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT GUWAHATI:

Welcome and meet & greet by our company representative on arrival at Guwahati Airport. Then you’ll be transferred to the hotel. Motorcycles will be handed over in the evening. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

DAY 02: GUWAHATI TO SHERGAON (240KMS/8HRS APPROX.):

After breakfast, travel to Shergaon. On the way, visit the Indo-Bhutan Border. Evening stroll around the hamlet to experience the serenity. Overnight stay in Shergaon.

DAY 03: SHERGAON - MANDALA TOP - DIRANG (140KMS/6HRS APPROX.):

Travel to visit the Mandala Top. It is a serene hilltop near Dirang renowned for its 108 Buddhist stupas arranged in concentric circles. Then visit the Dirang Dzong. Also visit the Dirang Monastery. Overnight stay in Dirang.

DAY 04: DIRANG TO TAWANG (140KMS/5HRS APPROX.):

After an early breakfast leave for Tawang. Enroute drive past the Sela Pass at 13,700 ft - the second highest motorable road in India. Also visit the Sela Lake nearby. Stop at Jaswant Garh to pay homage to the brave soldiers of the 1962 Indo-Chinese aggression. Overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY 05: TAWANG LOCAL TOUR:

Tawang full day sight-seeing visiting the Tawang monastery, the craft centre, the war memorial and the local market. Tawang monastery is the second largest in the world, housing over 500 monks. Overnight stay in Tawang.

Optional: Visit to Bumla Pass (China border), PT Tso Lake and Sangester Lake (Madhuri Lake) - Separate permit and local vehicle is required. Supplementary Cost (cost NOT included): Rs. 5500/- per vehicle (06 pax in one vehicle). It totally depends on weather conditions. No Bikes allowed.

DAY 06: TAWANG TO SANGTI VALLEY (150KMS/5HRS APPROX.):

After breakfast leave for Sangti Valley. Located just 15 kilometres away from Dirang, Sangti Valley is a hidden gem very few know about. Dense jungles, voluptuous rivers and a looming presence of the Eastern Himalayas make it a picture postcard perfect destination. Enroute visit Jung waterfall (also known as Nuranang falls). Overnight stay in a basic campsite in Sangti Valley.

DAY 07: SANGTI VALLEY TO GUWAHATI (380KMS/10HRS APPROX.):

Return drive from Sangti Valley to Guwahati. It’s a downhill journey which will take around 10 hours to reach Guwahati. Check in to the hotel and take a rest after a long day.

DAY 08: GUWAHATI DEPARTURE:

Check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati airport for departure. Travel back home with flying memories.

1. Check your luggage/belongings/valuables/ items in any form, before leave the vehicle/ check out hotel. We/Our Company/organization are not responsible / liable in any manners in case of lost/misplace/damage/ forget of anything in the vehicle/hotel.
2. The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis when 4 Pax travel together.
3. Price will be less or more when number of person increase or decrease.
4. We reccommend a tour manager through out the tour apart from local guides. It is optional for Indians. The cost of tour manager is Rs. 5500/- per day including His/Her accommodation and food.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS •

1. 50% payment to be deposited to confirm the booking. Rest of the payment to be made after arriving.
2. All sightseeing will depends on weather
3. Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1300 Hrs/1100 Hrs. Some properties may not allow early check-In.
4. Please do carry mask, mini Santizier, also please do maintain social distancing.
5. Carry warm clothes there will be chances of snowfall.
6. All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
7. Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
8. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
9. Visits to Museums/Parks/Monasteries/Forts  in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
10. We will not bear any cost for flight canceled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
11. No changes in the date of travel once booked.
12. Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
13. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
14. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
15. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the tour date will incur a charge of 25% of the total tour/service cost.
3. Cancellations made between 8 and 15 days prior to the start of the tour will incur a charge of 50% of the total tour/service cost.
4. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will not be eligible for any refund.
5. Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday). Also the day is considered from 12:00AM till 23.59PM.
