6N7D TAWANG WOMEN'S TOUR

Itinerary:

DAY01: GUWAHATI TO BHALUKPONG (240 KMS/ 6 HRS APPROX)

We shall start at 11 AM from Guwahati. Before starting we shall take blessings of Maa Kamakhya. The Kamakhya Temple is a Sakta temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. After that, we shall go to our next destination in bhalukpong. Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

DAY02: BHALUKPONG TO DIRANG ( 140 KMS/ 6 HRS APPROX) 

We shall start our journey to Dirang by 9AM from Bhalukpong. We will eventually enter into Arunachal Pradesh on this day. It will take 6-8 hours max to reach Dirang. However, the best parts are the roads, the natural landscape and a breath of fresh air. En-route visit Tipi Orchidarium a place over 7500 orchids, on display, there are some rare species of orchid. On arrival at Dirang, check in to a homestay surrounded by beautiful landscape and stay overnight. 

DAY03: DIRANG – TAWANG (140KM/ 6 HRS APPROX) 

Easily the most challenging yet adventurous part of the journey. Steep roads, hairpin bends, rough terrain, and mind-blowing natural landscape. Breakfast in the hotel and early morning visit to the majestic Dirang Monastery. Also, a brief visit to the beautiful and panoramic Sangti Valley. Next, a short halt at world's second-highest motorable road- The Sela Pass and the Sela Lake. Get ready to experience the first sight of snowfall in Sela Pass. Later, we will take another halt at the Jaswantgarh War Memorial in Nuranang constructed in the memory of the Great Indian Army soldier, Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat who died fighting the Chinese single-handedly during the 1962 Indo-China war. Finally, dinner and stay in Tawang.

Day04: TAWANG - BUMLA PASS

Breakfast in the Homestay and then, a drive to the border of India-China, named Bum la Pass. At Bum La, we will be greeted by the Indian Army where they will enlighten us about the history of Indo-China relations and conflicts. While returning, we will take you to the beautiful  Sangestar Tso, which is famously known as Madhuri Lake because the film Koyla was shot here. Return back and stay in Tawang.

DAY05: TAWANG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING 

Today you will go for Tawang local sightseeing. You will visit – Tawang Monastery, Tawang War Memorial and Handicraft Centre Emporium. In the evening enjoy light and sound show. After this return to your hotel/homestay for an overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY06: TAWANG - BOMDILA (180 KMS/ 7 HRS APPROX)

The last day in Tawang and trust us when we say you will want to come back here again in your life. On the way back from Tawang, a short halt at the breathtaking Jung Falls (Nuranang Waterfalls). It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls you will ever come across in India. Finally, dinner and stay in Bomdila. If time permits, you may take a stroll in the town or taste momos in one of the many beautiful cafes and restaurants there.

DAY07: BOMDILA-GUWAHATI (280 KMS/ 8 HRS APPROX)

The final leg of this beautiful and adventurous Himalayan Expedition. Morning go for shopping in Bomdila. Bomdila market is one of the best markets in this part of the world. On your way back to Guwahati, you will take a bucket full of memories with you of the unmatched beauty of Arunachal Pradesh. Finally, reach Guwahati and retire to your bed in the hotel room after a hectic but beautiful 7 days sojourn.

1. Check your luggage/belongings/valuables/ items in any form, before leave the vehicle/ check out hotel. We/Our Company/organization are not responsible / liable in any manners in case of lost/misplace/damage/ forget of anything in the vehicle/hotel.
2. The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis when 4 Pax travel together.
3. Price will be less or more when number of person increase or decrease.
4. We reccommend a tour manager through out the tour apart from local guides. It is optional for Indians. The cost of tour manager is Rs. 5500/- per day including His/Her accommodation and food.
5. Price is valid for Indian nationals only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS •

1. 50% payment to be deposited to confirm the booking. Rest of the payment to be made after arriving.
2. All sightseeing will depends on weather
3. Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1300 Hrs/1100 Hrs. Some properties may not allow early check-In.
4. Please do carry mask, mini Santizier, also please do maintain social distancing.
5. Carry warm clothes there will be chances of snowfall.
6. All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
7. Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
8. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
9. Visits to Museums/Parks/Monasteries/Forts  in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
10. We will not bear any cost for flight canceled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
11. No changes in the date of travel once booked.
12. Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
13. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
14. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
15. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the tour date will incur a charge of 25% of the total tour/service cost.
3. Cancellations made between 8 and 15 days prior to the start of the tour will incur a charge of 50% of the total tour/service cost.
4. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will not be eligible for any refund.
5. Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday). Also the day is considered from 12:00AM till 23.59PM
